ASensTec GmbH started working at May 2nd 2004.

The founder, Helmut Koslowski, decided to do this start up after more than 15 years working very successfully and delightly for a big sensor distributor in Germany. The issue was to bring technological leadership in sensors to the European markets.

The foundry of the partner company for micromechanic sensors is located in the traditional and very well known area for that technologies, in Silicon Valley / California.

From that manufacturing the basic sensors are shipped for distribution or value adding to companies headquarter Inning / Germany.

The location of ASenTec GmbH is a beautiful and picturesque little village in the heart of Bavaria, roundabout 20 miles southwest of Munich, in the county of Starnberg.
